Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at themagneticsmiles@yahoo.com. Returns should be sent to [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at themagneticsmiles@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
